This is a special release for me as it's some flips of songs that I've produced over the course of 2019/2020. It's wild what happens when you take some of your own music and flip it like you would a sample.

The title of the record was inspired by something a friend from Osaka said to me recently just before my Japan tour was cancelled in March.
Sho Ga Nai - "It can't be helped"

Something about that phrase really struck a chord with me.
